Actor Leslie Nielsen, who passed away this week at the age of 84, was perhaps best known for his humorous roles in “Airplane!” and the “Naked Gun” franchise. But the Canadian-born actor was more than a comedian, appearing in dramas, sci-fi films and romantic comedies during his long career on the big and small screens.
